WARREN FARM

R O Y A L T U N B R I D G E W E L L S | K E N T

Works Commenced September 2025

Six farm buildings.
Six homes that carry their history forward.

Arrived at by a lane through ancient woodland.

Deep in the High Weald.

Warren Farm sits within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, approached via a long private lane that winds through the Eridge Rocks Nature Reserve. It is the kind of arrival that makes clear this is not an ordinary address.

The farm buildings have stood here for generations, each shaped by a different working purpose. Our task was to honour that character — and give each building the future it deserves.

Each building given back its purpose: remade for how we live now.

These are not conversions in the conventional sense. Each home at Warren Farm begins with what the building already is — its structure, its proportions, its relationship to the land — and is redesigned from that point. Period character and contemporary living, held in the same space without compromise.

Six buildings.
None of them the same.

Each home takes its name — and its identity — from the building it once was. The Threshing House, the Byre, the Forge, the Stable, the Mill, the Granary. Six distinct characters; one exceptional address.

Plot 1

Threshing House

The working heart of the farm, transformed. Volume and light where grain once moved; a home that still carries the scale of its former life.

Plot 2

Byre House

Named for the cattle byre that once defined its purpose. Now a home of warm materiality and honest rural character.

Plot 3

Forge House

The forge: where the farm's tools were made and mended. Remade now as a home with its own precise and considered craft.

Plot 4

Stable House

The proportions of the stable — honest, functional, built to endure — reinterpreted as a home of quiet permanence.

Plot 5

Mill House

A building shaped by movement and mechanism. Now given over to space, outlook, and the quieter rhythms of country life.

Plot 6

Granary House

The grandest of the six. The granary that once stored the farm's harvest is now the most generous home on the site — five bedrooms across a building of exceptional character.
